Construction

This department is in charge of the construction of roads, bridges, and post tensioned members as well as procurement and installation.

Estimation & Tendering

This department deals with drawing out estimates for materials, machineries and manpower. Also deals with preparation and submission of tenders. Identifies target projects and markets in coordination with the business development department and the tendering committee in order to be aligned with the establishment's strategic direction, goals and objectives.

Inventory & Stores

This unit keeps track of the faculty budget, the list of vendor names and data for each item that is routinely ordered. This section records and processes all aspects of the typical purchase operation for the government and private sectors. We keep track of the project budget and expenditure under each budget item, provided by the establishment. Also maintains a list of vendor names and data for each item that is routinely ordered. Logistics

Our Logistics department negotiates and manages contracts with third party suppliers for the acquisition of everything that the GTGC needs to carry out in our operations. Also controls and maintains the logistic funds, maintenance and renovations.

Workshop & Facility

This unit mainly caters to the requirement of mechanical components required by the various requirements of the project. The workshop has fairly advanced machinery and a team of skilled personnel who can undertake fabrication of various sophisticated components.

Production Plant

Our Production Department is experienced in executing the project with efficiency, within stipulated time schedules, with an eagle eye on quality every step of the way. From the choice of material that would best suit a particular job and design, our experts are at hand to advise our clients, ensuring perfectly executed production assignments, of the high standard and quality.

GTGC runs a Health and Safety Program system as part of its management plan to enhance the overall quality of workforce for its employees.
